Beef Stew

Hi Guys!!! I have got the perfect comfort food for you all today!!! With the weather becoming more frigid, this is the perfect recipe to warm you up!!!


Here's how it's made:

Ingredients:
  • Beef stock or you could use 2-4 beef bouillon cubes
  • Water
  • Flour
  • Stew meat or another cut of meat of your choice
  • 1 can of peas
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 small bag of baby carrots
  • 3-4 Potatoes
  • Half of an onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Salt
  • Parsley
  •  Paprika
  • Steak seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • Oil
Directions:
  1. Start off by heating some oil up in a pot/pan.
  2. While the oil is heating up, coat the stew meat/ meat of your choice in flour
  3. Place the stew meat/meat of your choice in the pot/pan and let it brown for a good 3-5 minutes untouched on each side
  4. Sprinkle on steak seasoning
  5. Once the meat is cooked, you can either take it out of the pot/pan or you can leave it in the pan
  6. Add in the water or beef stock
  7. Add in beef bouillon cubes if you are using them
  8. Add in seasonings
  9. Add in your vegetables  ***except the peas and corn***(I steamed my potatoes in the microwave first so they would be soft.) 
  10. Let cook until the vegetables are tender and soft
  11. Stir in peas and corn and shut off the stove
  12. Serve and Enjoy!!!
