Quick and Easy Green Beans-Week 16

Hi Guys!!! First off I can't believe it's December and I have probably said that so many times already but I can't believe it!!!! 4 more posts until we reach 20 weeks!!!! I am so excited!!! Ok enough talk let's jump right into this recipe!!!!! Quick and Easy Green Beans!!!!

Ingredients:
  • 12 ounces of green beans (fresh or frozen doesn't matter)
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil (I used butter)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Directions:
  1. Place trimmed green beans in a large skillet and pour in the 1/4th cup of water
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat
  3. As soon as the water comes to a boil cover pan and cook for 3 minutes
  4. Uncover pan and stir in butter. Cook 1 minute or until water evaporates and beans become crisp and tender
  5. Sprinkle beans with salt and pepper and enjoy!!!
This recipe only takes 6 minutes and it's gluten free, paleo and vegan
