March Ipsy Showcase
I am so excited to share with you all this month's Ipsy bag and products!!! I am very pleased with the products that I have received in my Ipsy bag for March.
The theme for this month was: Tres Jolie - One thing I loved about this theme was the message that it spread to young women and women in general.
The bag design for this month is probably one of my FAVORITE bag designs so far from Ipsy!!! It's girly, simple and beautiful!!! I love it!!! This bag continues to spread the message that they are trying to tell all women. You are BEAUTIFUL!!! I also love that it can either be a clutch makeup bag or a full makeup bag. It's different.
The first product that I received was the Elizabeth Mott Blending Brush. I love that this brush has a hint of rose gold in it!!! Right now I am definitely into rose gold EVERYTHING so this brush definitely makes me happy!!! One quality that I really like about this brush is that not only is it a cruelty free brush but it is also super-durable- meaning, it won't shed all over the place when using it due to the synthetic bristles. This brush is also good for applying and smudging cream shadows because it doesn't absorb too much product. Overall, I like this brush and I would definitely recommend it to others. The next product that I received was the Eva NYC Mane Magic 10-in-1 Primer. When I first saw that I was going to be receiving this in my March Ipsy bag, I honestly thought it was a makeup primer and got SUPER excited. Then I realized it was a hair primer and thought... this is different. This primer strengthens, detangles, adds shine, protects against damage, and speeds up drying time to name a FEW!!! The next product that I received was the Tarte Cosmetics tarteist quick dry matte lip paint in the shade rose. I am all for matte lipsticks because I am not the biggest fan when lipstick gets all over the everything that your lips touch. That's part of the reason why I don't wear lipstick. However, lately I have been liking matte lipsticks. This product is ALMOST TOO matte though. Don't get me wrong I love the shade that it came in and the matte aspect of it but as soon as I put it on my lips, it's already dry. Some people may like that. The next product that I received was the Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer. I have received different moisturizers from Ipsy and I have to say I was by far most impressed with this moisturizer. It goes on your skin so smoothly, and I love how thin the formula is. This product is also perfect for sensitive skin. It's free of parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, synthetic dyes, petrochemicals, phthalates, GMO's and triclosan. This product also has colloidal oatmeal which soothes any itchiness and it has shea butter and avocado oil which adds heavy hints of hydration. There's also added antioxidants which helps fight free radicals which increases skin-saving benefits. This product is the whole package!!! I would definitely recommend this product to other's. The last product that I received was the Doucce Freematic Eyeshadow in the shade Marisa. Like I said above, I am OBSESSED with anything rose gold right now and this shade definitely hit the spot. I would describe it as a burgundy rose gold almost... if that's a color. That's the best description I could make of it. This product looks beautiful both applied wet and dry to your lids and it's INSANE how glittery it is when applied to your lids!!! It's stunning!!! I would definitely recommend to other's.
