Philly Cheese Steak Stuffed Peppers- 21 day fix approved

For today's blogpost I decided to make a little recipe called Philly Cheese Steak Stuffed Peppers.
This recipe is super easy and delicious!!! It's like a party for your mouth!!! You get that crunchy pepper, that melty cheese and that delicious flavor from the steak all in one bite... What more could you ask for?!?! You know what's even better... It's 21 day fix approved!!! Here's how you make it...

This recipe is super easy and delicious!!! It's like a party for your mouth!!! You get that crunchy pepper, that melty cheese and that delicious flavor from the steak all in one bite... What more could you ask for?!?! You know what's even better... It's 21 day fix approved!!! Here's how you make it...
Ingredients: The amount of ingredients will vary depending on the amount of people you are cooking for.
- 2 green peppers
- 1 sweet onion
- 1 Ib. shaved steak/ minute steak
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese or any cheese of your liking
- 1 Tbs.olive oil
- Start by, preheating your olive oil in the pan with medium to high heat
- Cut onions into strips and then place into your pan and cook until tender and translucent
- While the onions are cooking, cut up yours steak (if desired)
- Once your onions are cooked, add in your steak and cook until no longer pink
- Preheat your oven to 375
- Cut peppers length wise, making sure to remove seeds and ribs
- Place on baking sheet and start filling your pepper with a layer of shredded cheese
- Then fill your peppers with a layer of steak and onions
- Then add one more layer of cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes until your cheese has melted
