Berry Frozen Yogurt - 21 Day Fix Approved Dessert

Hi Guys!!! Have you every wanted a big-ole bowl of ice cream but worried that it would cause the pounds to add on? Well you don't have to worry about that anymore... I have the recipe that will do the trick!!! It's not ice cream, it's not a shake, it's FROZEN YOGURT!!! Is your mouth watering yet?!?! You know what's even better about this recipe is that it is also a 21 Day Fix Approved Dessert

Ingredients:
  • Frozen Strawberries
  • Frozen Blueberries
  • Small Container of Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Lemon Juice of  1/2 of lemon
  • 2 packets of Truvia Sugar(optional)
***I added 2 packets of Truvia Sugar because I could not find the honey but then I found the honey and added it in as well***

Directions:
  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender
  2. Enjoy!!!
