3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Oat Squares

Hi Guys!!! Since it's becoming that time of year again when the kids go back to school, I decided to choose a recipe for today's blog post that's great for back to school!!! It's healthy, easy and a great lunchbox filler!!! Here's how to make it...

  • 1 cup of oats ( rolled or old fashioned, it doesn't matter)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  1. Put the peanut butter and honey in a microwavable bowl, together
  2. Melt the peanut butter and honey in the microwave for 20-30 seconds
  3. Mix well
  4. Add in oats
  5. Mix, until all ingredients are combined
  6. Cover a 9x9 pan with foil
  7. Add the mixture to the pan and smooth out
  8. Put into the refrigerator for a few hours so it hardens/sets
  9. When ready to eat, cut into squares and enjoy!!!
( You can choose to leave them out or keep them in the refrigerator, it all depends on your liking.)
