Quick and Easy Green Beans-Week 16
Hi Guys!!! First off I can't believe it's December and I have probably said that so many times already but I can't believe it!!!! 4 more posts until we reach 20 weeks!!!! I am so excited!!! Ok enough talk let's jump right into this recipe!!!!! Quick and Easy Green Beans!!!!

Ingredients:
- 12 ounces of green beans (fresh or frozen doesn't matter)
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil (I used butter)
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- Place trimmed green beans in a large skillet and pour in the 1/4th cup of water
- Bring to a boil over high heat
- As soon as the water comes to a boil cover pan and cook for 3 minutes
- Uncover pan and stir in butter. Cook 1 minute or until water evaporates and beans become crisp and tender
- Sprinkle beans with salt and pepper and enjoy!!!
