Bulletproof Coffee-Week 9

Hi guys!!!! Your probably wondering what bulletproof coffee is and let me tell you once you find out you won't want to go back to plain old regular coffee!!!! This is the MOST delicious creamy coffee ever!!!

Ingredients:

• Coffee
• 1 tablespoon coconut oil
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 splash of vanilla
• 2 tablespoons cream or milk

Directions:

1. Make your coffee
2. Put all ingredients in blender
3. Blend until foamy
4. Pour and enjoy!!!

I know what you are all thinking BUTTER!!!! That's nasty, that's fattening, that's gross! I felt the same way but once I tasted this coffee I had a whole new prospective about butter in coffee!!!!
