Copycat Chipotle Grilled Peppers and Onions -Week 22

Hi my fellow readers!!!!  Today's recipe is copycat chipotle grilled peppers and onions !!!! YUM, YUM, YUM !!!! That's all I have to say to that lol!!!

Ingredients:
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 large peppers, stemmed, cored and sliced
  • 2 medium onions (white or red), sliced
  • 1/2 of teaspoon of dried oregano ( you can use dried or fresh but I used dried)( If you use fresh then the recipe calls for 1/2 tablespoons of fresh oregano)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Directions:
  1. Over medium-high heat, add oil,peppers,onions, oregano, and salt to pan
  2. Stir to combine( until the vegetables are covered in olive oil)
  3. Cook until charred and slightly softened but still tender-crisp, about 7 minutes
  4. Remove from heat and serve
  5. Enjoy!!!
