Hi Guys!!! I can't believe I am almost to 20 weeks of writing blog posts!!!! It's crazy!!!! I hope everyone had an amazing holiday with family, friends and good food!!!! I know I did!!!! As we ring in 2016 I wanted to share with you a couple recipes that will make 2016 an even better year!!! Let's Dive in!!!

Easy Alfredo Sauce......

Ingredients:
  •  4 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder ( I am not much of a garlic person so I just sprinkled a little in and it was just enough, but if you like garlic then you can add in the full 2 teaspoons.)
  • 3/4 of a cup of 2% milk
  • 2/3 of a cup of parmesan cheese
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of pepper
Directions:
  1. Put cream cheese and butter in a small saucepan
  2. Add the garlic and milk
  3. Add the parmesan, salt and pepper
  4. Then, put the stove on medium heat and stir while the butter and cream cheese melt. Once it begins to boil start stirring constantly so it doesn't burn.
  5. Turn down the heat after about 2-3 minutes to medium/low heat.
  6. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes more while stirring until it is a little thicker than you would like it to be.( It thickens as it cools down)
  7. Enjoy !!!!
